Changes: תוהו ובוהו

לפי המקום השני שהביטוי מופיע בתנ"ך נראה שהכוונה לשממה (ירמיהו ד23): ראיתי את הארץ והנה תוהו ובוהו ... שממה תהיה כל הארץ... .

כשאומרים על אדם שהוא "משתומם" מתכוונים שהוא "תוהה", וכשיש שממה - אדם "בוהה" באוויר כי אין מה לראות...

וכך כתב גם שד"ל (בראשית א2): " תהו ובהו - ענינם שממה, כי תהא ובהא בארמית ענין השתוממות, כמו שאמרו בבראשית רבא (ב' א') ישב לו אותו העבד תוהא ובוהא , הכוונה משתומם, וכן בלשון סורי אתבהבה ענינו נעשה משועמם, בוהבהא תמיהה ושוממות, וכמו שהמדבר נקרא שממה וישימון, כן ייקרא תהו ובהו, והכוונה שלא היו בארץ לא צמחים ולא בעלי חיים"

תוהו ובוהו מלשון תהיה ובהיה הכוונה

השמיים נבראו תחילה והארץ היתה תוהו ובוהו כיוון שכל הכוחות העתידים להשפיע על הארץ כבר היו קיימם אך לא היה עדיין למי להשפיע כיוון שהארץ היתה בשיממונה .ולכן כולם בהו ותהו כיצד ואיכן ישפיעו משפעם בעולם !!!!
